ARKAVIDIA 11.0
Privacy policy
This page explains what information the event platform uses and why. We only use it to run accounts, registrations, and the services described below.
Information you provide
When you create an account or register, we process your account and profile details, team and programme registration information, and messages you send through the platform. If a programme requires verification, we also process the documents you upload, such as identity or participation evidence, so the committee can review eligibility.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and secure your account, manage teams and registrations, verify eligibility, communicate about your participation, and maintain the platform. We do not use optional anonymous analytics as marketing consent.
Your choices
Optional anonymous analytics is off unless you enable it below. This preference is separate from marketing consent, which you can manage in your account profile. Turning analytics off does not change your marketing preference.
Allow anonymous counts of registration steps. No identifiers or page details are collected.
Service providers
To operate the platform, Arkavidia uses service providers for specific tasks. Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded files; Resend delivers account and programme email; Sentry helps diagnose application errors; and Grafana supports service monitoring. Information is shared with a provider only as needed for that service.
Storage and security
We apply access controls to account and registration information, and uploaded documents are available only through the platform’s authorized workflows. We keep information for as long as it is needed to operate the programme, meet operational needs, or handle related issues; we do not promise a fixed deletion date here.
Questions or requests
For a privacy question or request about your information, contact the organizers through the official channels linked in the site footer. Please avoid sending identity documents through social media.
